FWD is not just short for “forward.” It’s a simple but effective framework for personal growth: take a breath, clarify what you want, and start acting accordingly. Not tomorrow. Not “once everything falls into place”. Right now.

When asked how we are, we usually give an automatic response: “Good, great, OK.” But is that true? How are you, really? Confidence cannot be built without being completely honest with ourselves.
Wish
Ask yourself what you really want––not what you should. Confidence begins with seeing your wishes as valid, regardless of other people’s expectations. Once you have done this, coaching can point you in the right direction.
